Donna Ostak, ARM® , CPM® has been a property management professional since 2010 with a dedication to providing proactive management, protecting the clients’ investment and maximizing returns.

Donna’s real estate career began in 1984 as a review appraiser, and later office manager, for a large regional appraisal firm. This experience provided a solid foundation in understanding valuation principles important to real estate investment. She subsequently earned a degree in Business Administration (with distinction) and obtained a real estate license in 2007, before moving into property management. Working for a national third-party management company, Donna handled an Inland Empire portfolio which grew from 48 to over 100 separate properties. Striving towards increased professionalism, she joined the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®), and earned the ARM® (ACCREDITED RESIDENTIAL MANAGER®) certification. She later worked for a private equity firm, managing a multiple property, Orange County portfolio of 250 units , while obtaining a broker’s license and earning the CPM® (CERTIFIED PROPERTY MANAGER®) designation.

Having gained the requisite education, experience and professional designations, Donna founded her own firm in 2019 with the objectives of providing exceptional service, building lasting relationships and assisting clients in maximizing their return on investment.

Donna specializes in commercial and multi-family residential property management in the Corona submarket of Southern California’s Inland Empire. She is recognized by her clients and peers for her dependability, ethics and pleasant demeanor.
